Reverend Bloom and his followers, after seizing the booty of the outlaw Sharp and destroying his gang, are determined not to give it back to Marshal White, who came to Truth following the robbers’ tracks. Zagor and Cico, too, trying to join forces with their friend White, come to the crazed people’s village, only to find out they’ll have to fight not just for their lives, but also for the only two innocent people in the valley: young Josh and his mother. To complicate things further, the outlaw, Sharp, isn’t dead as Bloom believes him to be: the Spirit-with-the-Hatchet will have to trust him to come out alive from an increasingly tricky situation...
